All written documents reflect Stepworks’ brand and reputation.
Section Introduction
In every form of our day-to-day communications, we should represent Stepworks professionally, which is why we have standards and guidelines for letterheads, email signatures, and business cards.
Letterheads
Letterheads are important when communicating outside the organization, especially when sending legally-binding documents.
We provide letterheads in the form of a Google Doc template:
- Open Google Docs (docs.google.com)
- In the upper-right corner, click “Template Gallery”
- A list of company document templates will open
- Find the appropriate template and click to start a new document
Do not send out a document with an official header if you are not authorized to do so. Example: if you are not authorized to send a corporate memo, do not use this template.
Email Signatures
Like letterheads, we use email signatures every day to communicate internally and externally. All employees with a Stepworks email address have an automatically-generated email signature applied to every email we send. This signature may periodically be updated and should not be changed by the individual.
Our signatures provide the following information:
- Name
- Phone
- Fax (if applicable)
- Website (Example: IntensiveHealth.com)
- Logo
If you are experiencing problems with the signature or your information is incorrect, submit a ticket to IT.
Business Cards
Business cards are designed and printed on a per-request basis and should not be designed or distributed by individuals without going through the proper approval process. If you are needing cards, fill out a media request on Stepworks University.
Business cards contain the following information:
- Name
- Phone
- Fax (if applicable)
- Website (Example: IntensiveHealth.com)
- Logo
